Hi Connie! Thanks so much for returning my call and for everything, the advice, the notes, the beautiful explanation of soul & spirit, and the stone you gave me ;) The "old M." tends to put pressure on herself of what she "should" be doing or feeling. But all of that is getting released as I learn who my true self is and like you said, staying balanced & grounded in that triangle & not going upside down ;) Every time I speak w/you everything you say really resonates w/me and it helps give me a better sense of direction.
